Brian has been practicing law in the State and Federal Courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and California since 1988. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Civil Litigation, including Premises Liability, Automobile, Construction and Toxic Torts.

Brian also has experience handling creditors’ rights in bankruptcy, workers compensation, domestic relations, court appointed criminal defense and risk management. For the past fifteen years he has sat as an Arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and more recently, as a Judge Pro-Tem. He has successfully represented clients through trial with favorable outcomes.
